I didn’t know I’d be writing a book. I’d been occupied with projects of Community Theater; teaching preschool; raising children; and paying the bills. The idea came unexpectedly, and I said ‘yes’. Not only did I say ‘yes’ to this book, but to a life of writing and illustrating books that teach children and adults universal truths that have opened up miracles in my life and the lives of countless others.
As we say “Yes” to life, life says “Yes” right back.
One might say that I’m committed to the writing and illustrating of these teachings. However, the only thing that I feel committed to is saying ‘yes’ to life. I say yes to the dreams that flow into my mind and make me feel alive. I say yes to opening to the present moment. I say ‘yes’ to asking for direction and visions. I say ‘yes’ to letting go. I say ‘yes’ to directing my energy and taking action where it feels best to do so.
From out of no where have come people to help with this project. They are also saying ‘yes’ to life. They are following their hearts wherever intuition leads and they are being richly rewarded for it. When we choose to allow life to lead us rather than insisting that we know the way, the miracles reveal themselves.
The greatest challenge for the human mind is to learn to trust. It is also the most rewarding.
