Some days it feels like I’m barely moving on this road to the fulfillment of my dreams. Sometimes I think myself a fool for having ever dreamt them. The times when I feel that all hope is lost and that there’s no point of even trying are the times that I need most to practice awareness.
I’m fascinated by the workings of the mind. The brain loves to think! It also loves to receive new information. Most of us in this generation are very skilled at thinking, but not as exercised in receiving new information. We’ve evolved to a left brain dominant species. As we exercise awareness, we help to rebalance the human race.
The mind can be trained to obey the inner knowing we feel at our core. Through studying and practicing I have learned how to quiet the mind, wake the mind, and open the mind for new information. I’ve learned to look at life in a way that I’ve never seen before, and then to look again.
Looking for change allows me to step outside of my thoughts to observe and receive new information. The more I practice awareness, the more I sense the inner knowing that guides me on the path to the manifestation of the visions I’ve dreamt.
We don’t have to wait for a miracle to appear. Miracles are all around us and include us. As we are awestruck by the infinite and synchronistic nature of life, appreciation and gratitude abound. The overflow is a part of change.
The miracle is change. It is continual and infinite… whether or not we are aware of it. IT IS HAPPENING... EXACTLY THE WAY IT IS.
